We did a SWOT ANALYSIS
Gaining a better understanding of our business by understanding our strengths and weaknesses and also being able to identify possible opportunities and threats.
We carried out AUDIENCE RESEARCH
We have looked at our audience, our existing and potential customers and identified who our ideal customer is. This makes it easier to know what activities we need to do to target them and how we can serve them better.
Separately from our audience we looked at the market as a whole, and what factors could impact on our sales and growth.
We looked at OUR OFFERING
We then took a closer look at our product or service so we can see if what we offer is serving our ideal customer and if not, how we can improve it.
Giving us something fantastic to work towards was our next step, so we set our goals and broke them down to make sure we can track our progress and achievements.
We know WHAT CHANNELS to use
Since we know where our ideal customers will be, we looked at how best to reach them and decided on some activities that will help us do that.
We SET A BUDGET
Knowing what we want to do, we looked at the costings involved and set our budget for being able to carry out our marketing activity.
